Register any time, but early is best

Class sizes are limited and many fill quickly, but you are welcome to join our classes at any time. Registering early does help ensure that you get your first choice, and that we have your child's materials for you at your first class. If you enroll after the session begins, we will be happy to schedule makeup classes for you.

If you do not see a class that meets your scheduling needs, please call us. We may be able to add one for you. Minimum enrollment for each class using our standard locations is 6 children.

Choosing a Class

Because each curriculum is developmentally specific, your child should be at least the minimum age for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child's success in a class, we will gladly discuss your child's needs and work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him or her.

A registration form and payment must be received before your child's place in class will be reserved. If we cannot accommodate your requested time, we will place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call, email or mailed notice one week prior to the start of class to confirm your registration.

Discounts

We value your referrals and would like to reward you. For every friend who mentions your name upon registration (and completes the respective class) you will receive a $10 credit toward your next Kindermusik class.

We also have discounts for siblings taking the same class at the same time - please contact us when registering for details.

Your cancelled check or credit card statement is your enrollment confirmation. If registering online you will be given the option to print an enrollment confirmation as well.

Cancellation Policy

Classes will be cancelled if the school district in which your class is located is cancelled due to weather conditions. Due to the number of families involved we are unable to make telephone calls to announce cancellations - please be aware of school closings in your area.

Classes cancelled due to weather or facility issues will not be made-up. You may, however, attend one of our other classes during the week of the same age and unit if offered. Please call Debbie at 269.808.7002 to schedule this make-up.

Classes cancelled due to Educator reasons will be made up. You will receive a call from your Educator or Program Director with notice of cancellation as early as possible. As soon as a make-up class is schedule you will be notified.

Make-up Policy

Your child has been registered for a specific class - we ask that you stay consistent in your attendance. Classroom dynamics and the child's learning process will not be as effective without consistency.

If you must miss a class on occasion, please call Debbie at 269.808.7002 to schedule a make-up. Many of our classes are full and cannot accommodate one more child.

Non-enrolled Siblings

We regret that Village and Our Time classes cannot accommodate non-enrolled siblings, except for those young enough to stay contented in a carrier (no strollers please). Siblings of students enrolled in Imagine That! or Young Child are welcome to join us for Sharing Time. Siblings eligible to be in the same class must both be enrolled.
